After working in estate agency for almost 15 years, in 2020, I made the leap into the world of Virtual Assistance, bringing with me over a decade of experience in business development, management and admin.
Then, in 2022, I launched my own business, Victoria Maynard PA.
I quickly found though that there was a need for a reliable, efficient and flexible ‘one stop shop’ for business problem-solving – not just in admin and personal assistance, but in social media, design, property matters and more.
So, as demand quickly grew, I built a trusted team of experts, to help support my clients – and by the end of that first year, ‘Victoria Maynard & Co’ was born.
Now a limited company, we help business owners work smarter, outsource with confidence, and focus on what they do best.
We are finalists for the East Midlands PA Awards 2025 for the Virtual Assistant Business of the Year AND… Female Entrepreneur of the Year for The UK Small Business Awards!
We were also finalists for the 2024 East Midlands PA Awards for TWO categories – VA of the Year AND Team of the Year – recognition that celebrates outstanding personal assistants who go above and beyond for their clients and their team.
